The competitor and the crew members, both individually and in common, declare and accept, for themselves and for all the people who work for them during the "Coppa Milano-Sanremo 2025 XVI Historical Revival", the following:
 
to know the International Sporting Code, the National Regulations (and its Supplementary Norms) and the Particular Rules of Competition, to accept them without reservation and to comply with all the provisions contained therein;
to have the necessary preparation and expertise to take part in tests of the type to which this inscription refers and that the registered vehicle is suitable and able to face the test itself;
